Aguia Resources reported quarterly customer receipts more than tripling to $639,000 as its Santa Barbara gold mine in Colombia reached breakeven for the first time and early phosphate sales began from a stockpile at its Três Estradas project in Brazil. The Colombian mine produced 36.75 ounces of gold in September and the company plans to double monthly ore throughput.
This is a small-cap mining company with no meaningful link to feed grains or feed-ingredient supply, so it has little effect on feed prices. Phosphate stockpile sales are negligible relative to global phosphate supply, which is tight.
