PotashCorp says fertilizer prices have rebounded about 15% over the last three months from decade lows earlier this year. Its average potash price in the third quarter was $150/t, down 40% from 2015, though record sales volumes of 2.53 million tonnes were reported.
Potash prices are recovering from very low levels, which raises input costs for crop producers. The recovery is from a low base, so the price impact on feed grains remains modest.
