Some dry spells in September hurt crops in South Kordofan and North Darfur, and localised flooding caused some losses, while locust outbreaks were minimal.
Good sorghum and millet harvests in Sudan should ease local staple demand and import needs, a mildly bearish signal for sorghum prices in the region.
