UK milk prices and composition of milk: September 2017

DEFRA has announced the release of UK milk prices and composition statistics covering farm gate prices, volumes and butterfat and protein content. The release is scheduled as an official statistics publication.

WHY IT MATTERS

This is a scheduled data release with no new supply or demand driver, so it is unlikely to move dairy prices on its own.
