Bulgarian barley opened at 0.148 EUR/kg CPT domestic port, with trade confined to the domestic market because remaining stocks are too small to export. Ministry data show reserves of 133,286 mt as of March 17, and wheat exports via Varna are down about 86% from the previous season.
Thin Black Sea supplies keep local barley prices firm and limit exports, which can support feed barley values in nearby import markets.
