Wallace Group Ltd Partnership, formed from the Wallace and Farm Brands co-products merger, is acquiring the assets of Dunedin rendering business Keep It Clean. The Keep It Clean plant processes deer material, casualty stock and butchery waste into meat and bone meal and tallow.
The acquisition further concentrates New Zealand rendering capacity under one operator, a local supply development with minimal impact on global feed prices.
