The Dalian Commodity Exchange reported the expiry of its first soybean meal options series, M1707, on June 7, with 32 contracts delisted. The underlying M1707 futures settled at RMB 2,628 per tonne and closed up 0.1%, and 2,231 options were exercised.
This is an exchange administrative update with little direct effect on physical soybean meal supply or demand, so price impact is minimal.
