Sumitomo Chemical will add animal feed analysis services, covering corn and soybean meal, at its Latin America Research Center in Brazil, starting in the first quarter of FY2018. The company sells methionine in more than 70 countries and says methionine demand is growing quickly in Central and South America.
The service is meant to support feed millers and expand sales in the region.
