House Agriculture Chairman Mike Conaway said the CBO has sped up its analysis of farm bill provisions and that the committee aims to produce a bill by the end of 2017 or early 2018. A bipartisan Senate bill from Ernst and Heitkamp, introduced October 24, would address payment disparities in the ARC program.
