The IEA's November Oil Market Report said OPEC output fell by 80,000 bpd in October to 32.53 million bpd, mainly due to lower supply from Iraq, Nigeria, Algeria and Venezuela. Compliance with cuts was 96 percent in October.
The IEA also projected energy demand growth of 30 percent by 2040.
Supply disruptions and high compliance with cuts tighten the crude balance, supporting higher energy costs that feed into feed production and biofuel-linked vegetable oil prices.
