Southeast Asian countries imported a record 2.3 million tonnes of U.S. DDGS in the 2016-17 marketing year, according to the U.S. Grains Council. Vietnam's temporary suspension cut its purchases by half, but growth in Thailand, Indonesia and new buyers offset the loss.
Vietnam and Indonesia have continued buying in 2017-18.
