US glycine manufacturers have petitioned trade agencies to impose antidumping and antisubsidy duties on glycine imports from China, India, Japan and Thailand. The filing was made on March 28, 2018.
Glycine is a specialty chemical with little direct link to feed grain prices, so the petition has minimal bearing on feed commodity markets.
