Overnight futures showed CBOT wheat up 2.5 cents, Kansas HRW wheat down 1.25 cents, corn down 1.25 cents and soybeans up 2.75 cents. USDA cut HRW feeding and exports in the old crop, adding to stocks, while Argentine soybean output was cut 7 million tonnes to 40 million.
Higher HRW stocks weigh on hard red winter wheat values, while the Argentine production cut supports soybean prices. Overall the moves were modest and mixed.
