USDA's weekly rice review for Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas and California reported long-grain milled rice prices steady to 1.50 lower in the South. Second heads and Brewers were steady to firm, with some Louisiana instances 1.00 higher, and rice by-products were mostly steady.
