Feed barley prices in Australia recovered by up to $30/t after dipping to as low as $280/t at Port Adelaide following China's anti-dumping action against Australian barley. Kwinana feed barley bids rose to $315.60, and the analyst said the market had returned to pre-China-news levels.
The rebound suggests the China probe's panic has faded, though feed barley remains exposed to any future Chinese duties on Australian exports and to farmer selling.
