China Responds to Canada’s EV Tariffs With Rapeseed Probe

China will open an anti-dumping probe into rapeseed imports from Canada in response to Canada's tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles, steel and aluminum. More than 90% of China's rapeseed imports last year came from Canada, totaling 5.05 million tons.

Zhengzhou rapeseed meal and oil futures rose at least 6%, while North American canola fell by the exchange limit.
