Cash dairy prices at CME were mostly higher on January 3, 2025. Cash cheese barrels rose half a cent to $1.83 per pound and 40-pound blocks rose three quarters to $1.92.
AA butter gained three quarters to $2.55, while nonfat dry milk fell to $1.36.
