USDA's March report projects world sunflower seed output up 8% to 51.46 million tonnes in 2019/20, led by a 22% rise in Russia. Sunflower oil and meal output are both forecast to rise about 6%, and Ukrainian seed prices fell as the hryvnia strengthened.
