IFDC, OCP Group and Mohammed VI Polytechnic University signed a multi-year partnership in Washington, D.C. on April 11, 2019. It covers new fertiliser technologies, crop- and soil-specific recommendations, value chains and field projects for African smallholder farmers.
The agreement is a research and development partnership.
The partnership may improve fertiliser efficiency and access in Africa over time, but it has no immediate effect on feed or commodity supply and demand.
