The DTN average DDG spot price rose $10 to $133 per ton for the week ended May 30 across 40 locations. The DTN National Corn Index gained 23 cents over the same period.
DDG was valued at 85.36% of corn, below its five-year average, and the USGC reported higher FOB Gulf indications.
Higher corn prices and rising export offers support DDG values, while DDG priced below corn keeps its feed value attractive. Buyers should expect firmer co-product pricing if corn strength continues.
