US ethanol exports rose 2% to 122.5 million gallons in August, a record for the month, according to Renewable Fuels Association analysis of government data. Canada, India and Brazil were the top destinations, and DDGS sales reached their highest level in a year.
Stronger DDGS sales and export demand support DDGS prices and give feed buyers a firmer outlook for this co-product, though the gains are modest.
