The Canola Council of Canada reviewed the halfway point of its Keep It Coming 2025 strategic plan, reaffirming its yield and market goals. The council pointed to a 2019 average canola yield of 40 bushels per acre and set out priorities for supply, differentiated value and open trade.
The plan sets long-run targets for Canadian canola output and export access, which shape expectations for future canola meal supply. It does not introduce any immediate change to prices.
