A federal judge ruled that the International Longshore and Warehouse Union can immediately appeal a jury verdict finding it liable for damages to ICTSI Oregon. The damages dispute will be paused pending the 9th Circuit appeal, after the jury had awarded $93.6 million that was later lowered to about $19 million.
