Corteva agreed to buy J.G. Boswell Company's ownership stake in PhytoGen Seed Company, LLC, a cottonseed joint venture in which Corteva already held 53.5% and operated through its Mycogen subsidiary.
The deal gives Corteva full ownership of the venture.
