CF Fertilisers raised UK manufactured ammonium nitrate prices by £20 per ton, taking delivered September full-load values to £363-£365 per ton and nitrogen above £1 per kg. Phosphate and potash prices also firmed, with DAP at £563-£570 per ton.
Imports are well down and one Lithan plant has restricted output.
High gas costs, lower imports and restricted UK production keep nitrogen and phosphate input costs elevated, which raises the cost of producing UK livestock feed and forage.
