Sunflower seed prices at crush plants rose 25 to 40 cents for NuSun and high oleic varieties. Harvest is expected to start early in the Dakotas after a hard freeze, and USDA will release old-crop sunflower stocks on Sept 30 and first 2020 acreage and production estimates on Oct 9.
