Bakery sunflower kernel prices are rising in Moldova to EUR 0.95/kg DAP Germany, after oil crushers raised bids for raw seed and pushed up farmgate prices. Bulgarian kernel prices were stable at EUR 0.85/kg FCA.
Higher crusher bids for seed point to firm sunflower oil and meal values in the region. The rise is limited to local seed markets with little direct effect on global meal prices.
