Ukrainian sunflower seed purchase prices fell by 100-200 UAH/t to 19,000-19,500 UAH/t after sunflower oil dropped to $1,120-1,150/t FOB. Palm oil futures in Malaysia and soybean oil futures in Chicago also declined, with soybean oil hitting its largest one-day fall in two months.
Lower vegetable oil prices and weaker demand from importers pull down the oilseed complex, reducing meal and oil costs for feed buyers. Argentine soybean oil competition is adding pressure.
