The dollar dropped on Friday as investors rebalanced portfolios at month-end, while the yen fell to its weakest level since mid-November at 104.76 per dollar. The dollar index fell 0.15% to 90.421 after rising about 1.3% from a three-year low reached on January 6.

After 1,637 past bearish macro events, US Dollar (Broad) moved a median -0.2% over 5 sessions (39% higher; middle half -0.6% to +0.3%), and -0.2% over 20.
