Jordan's state grain buyer purchased about 60,000 tonnes of feed barley in an international tender at an estimated $264.50 a tonne c&f for shipment in the first half of September. Competing offers came from Cargill at $267.10 and Bunge at $270.
The tender price provides a benchmark for Black Sea and other origin feed barley, showing steady demand from Middle East importers.
