The Army Corps of Engineers closed the main chamber of the Chain of Rocks Lock 27 on the Mississippi from February 1 to 18 for repairs, with the auxiliary lock open. The Corps also closed Arkansas River Norrell Lock 1 from February 2 to 6 to replace its interlock system.
