Ukrainian sunflower purchase prices rebounded to 23000-23500 UAH/t after a sharp drop, as Chicago soybean oil rose about 7% in three days. Ukrainian sunflower oil recovered to $1550-1600/t FOB, while sunflower meal fell to $270-275/t FOB from $340-350 a month earlier.
A firmer soyoil market supports sunflower oil and seed values, but sharply lower sunflower meal prices weaken the meal side of the complex for feed buyers.
