China's customs data show lysine and lysine salts export volume fell 32.4% month-on-month to 58,500 tons in April 2021, down 29.3% year-on-year, while the unit export price rose 57.5% year-on-year to about $1,432 per ton. January-April exports totaled 268,700 tons, down 4.8% year-on-year.
China also imported solid methionine products in April, down 28% from March but up 24.2% year-on-year.
