The USDA Economic Research Service released its February 2021 Livestock, Dairy, and Poultry Outlook. The report analyzes how month-to-month changes in the WASDE report affect beef, pork, poultry, eggs and dairy markets.
It also includes forecast spreadsheets for dairy and red meat and poultry.
The outlook gives feed buyers the USDA's forecast framework for livestock and dairy demand. It is a routine data release with no single new shock to prices.
