China's Ministry of Commerce will keep anti-dumping and anti-subsidy tariffs on U.S. DDGS imports during a review that must conclude before January 12, 2023. The duties were first imposed in 2016 and raised in 2017 to rates of 42.2-53.7%, plus an anti-subsidy tax.
Continued Chinese duties keep U.S. DDGS uncompetitive in one of the major export markets, which limits export demand and weighs on U.S. DDGS prices.
