Ukrainian sunflower prices rose from extremely low levels as exports to Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey resumed and processing plants restarted. The Ukrainian Grain Association expects the 2022 sunflower harvest to fall to about 9 million tonnes from 16.9 million.
