US soybean futures ended the week mixed, with the November contract down 34 1/4 cents on the week and 70 3/4 cents on the month. Soybean meal futures fell between 70 cents and $4.70, and USDA reported export commitments 80% higher than a year earlier.
Heavy monthly losses and falling meal futures point to weaker soybean and meal values for feed buyers, although strong export commitments provide some underlying support.
