Rapeseed prices on Matif rose 1.2% in the week, recovering from a near 1.5-year low as crude oil prices gained for a second week. Canadian canola was up 0.5% on the week, though both were roughly 15-25% below a year earlier.
EU rapeseed imports rose 40% year on year to 3.26M MT, with Ukraine supplying about two-thirds.
