The DTN average price for domestic DDG fell $1 to $195 per ton for the week ended August 24, across 33 locations. Heat across much of the U.S. reduced cattle feed intake, and ethanol output was 1.048 million bpd, down 21,000 bpd week-on-week.
Softer cattle demand during the heat and slightly lower ethanol output point to modestly weaker DDGS prices in the near term.
