Corteva's PhytoGen unit announced two new upland cotton varieties, PHY 137 W3E1 and PHY 475 W3FE, for the 2024 season. The company says the varieties offer strong yield potential and trait packages.
New seed varieties have little immediate effect on cotton or cottonseed supply and prices, as their impact would come only gradually over future seasons.
