Minbos Resources has started mining phosphate rock at its Cacata deposit in Angola, stockpiling ore ahead of the November rains. The ore will feed the Subantando plant, scheduled for commissioning in Q2 2027.
This is early-stage supply that will not reach phosphate markets until 2027, so it has little near-term effect on feed phosphate or fertilizer prices.
