Argus reports that domestic sales and exports of technical corn oil will add a third revenue stream for Brazilian corn ethanol plants. Brazil is projected to produce 10.5bn liters of corn ethanol and around 453.9mn liters of TCO in 2026.
Higher TCO revenue improves corn ethanol plant economics, supporting continued corn ethanol expansion and DDGS output in Brazil. The effect on feed prices is modest.
