Irish dairy and grain co-operative Tirlán reported 2023 turnover down 17% to €2.53bn and operating profit down 5% to €68.3m. Average milk prices fell from 63 to 44 cents per litre and green feed barley fell from €310 to €205 per tonne.
The results are backward-looking and reflect lower 2023 milk and barley prices already in the market. They offer little new signal for feed price direction.
