March 2024 Federal Milk Marketing Order class prices rose slightly from February, with Class II at $21.12, Class III at $16.34 and Class IV at $20.09 per cwt. Pooling and uniform price releases were scheduled for mid-April.
Small gains in class prices modestly improve milk checks, while the wide Class III-IV spread keeps Class IV depooling incentives in place. The move is routine and does not change the broader price trend.
