The DTN spot price for domestic DDG fell $2 to $157 per ton for the week ended June 27, from 33 reporting locations. The DTN National Average Corn Index dropped 22 cents as cash corn weakened and cheaper competing feeds added pressure.
Lower corn and cheaper competing feeds are pulling DDG values down, giving feed buyers a lower-cost protein and energy option.
