Fastmarkets' July monitoring cut Ukraine's minimum sunflower seed forecast to 13-13.5 million tonnes from 14-14.5 million, citing abnormally high temperatures. The Russian minimum held at 15 million tonnes, while its maximum fell to 16.5 million from 17.5 million.
