Argentine supermarket wholesaler Diarco launched its own dollar exchange rate, letting shoppers pay for peso-priced goods with cash dollars at 1,400 pesos per dollar, about 55 pesos above the blue rate. The offer applies only to purchases at least equal to the bill's value at its wholesale locations.
