Expana has launched twice-weekly Expana Benchmark Prices for lysine sulphate in South America, with the first publication starting September 24, 2024. The assessment is quoted FOB São Paulo in $/kg for 25kg big bag or bulk packing, with delivery usually within 2-4 weeks.
A new transparent price benchmark for South American lysine gives feed buyers a reference for contract pricing and hedging, but it does not by itself change lysine supply or demand.
