Chicago grain futures were mixed in early Friday trading, with December corn unchanged at $4.51 and December wheat up 1.25 cents at $6.05. November soybeans rose 0.75 cent to $12.21, while December oats were unchanged at $3.43.
Live cattle were unchanged and feeder cattle slipped 0.68 cent.
Small moves across grains and livestock reflect routine trading without a new fundamental cause, so feed costs are little changed.
