Russia's Ministry of Agriculture set the November export duty on sunflower oil at 2,891.1 rubles per ton, up from zero since June 2023. The sunflower meal duty rises to 3,422.4 rubles per ton from 2,927.6 in October.
Higher Russian export duties on sunflower meal reduce exportable supply and can firm sunmeal prices in world markets.
